  1. Automatic Slot Paper Inserting Machine

    Equipped with an automatic paper-feed mechanism, this machine performs fixed-length paper feeding, forming, cutting, and inserting into the stator slots. It supports both skip-slot and slot-by-slot insertion settings. The entire inserting process is fully automated, featuring simple operation and greatly improved paper insertion speed and efficiency.

  2. Automatic Vertical Winding Machine

    Driven by an AC servo motor for cross winding, this machine offers rapid response and precise positioning. The wound coils are uniform and compact with optimal force distribution, effectively preventing issues like wire crossing and floating during the winding process. It features a user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and a fault self-diagnosis function.

  3. Automatic Coil Inserting Machine

    Powered by a variable frequency motor for wedge driving and a servo-driven inserting mechanism, this machine inserts the stator coil and slot wedge into the stator slot in one single operation, greatly enhancing processing efficiency. The parts of the insertion die that come into contact with enameled wire are strictly controlled for surface roughness, machining accuracy, hardness, and wear resistance, effectively ensuring product insertion quality and consistency.

  4. Automatic Double-Sided Binding Machine

    The number of stator slots can be freely set, with storage for multiple binding patterns, supporting both per-slot and skip-slot binding functions. AC servo motors control the indexing, main shaft, and hook needle, with a fault self-diagnosis function included. Fully automated binding delivers high production speed and efficiency, allowing one operator to manage multiple machines simultaneously.

  5. Automatic Shaping Machine

    Available in three types: pre-shaping, intermediate shaping, and precision shaping machines. All are driven by a hydraulic system. The structure is designed for convenient loading, unloading, and positioning, with a vertical flip design for easy manual handling of the stator. The machine compresses and shapes the outer diameter, inner bore, and end height of the stator coil pack, achieving the desired shaping result in a single operation with excellent flatness and high work efficiency.

  6. Motor Stator Testing System

    This system rapidly performs tests on stators, including AC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn withstand voltage, and DC low resistance. During DC low resistance testing, the ambient temperature is monitored in real time, and the resistance test results are automatically converted to standard temperature values, ensuring data accuracy.
